Our latest 10 mile training program started on Tuesday August 9th, 2011. This is a 6-week program targeting our very own Chico Ten here in Chico on September 17th.
Join our program and you will receive:
•Twice weekly coached group runs
•Detailed daily training plan with pace customized to your race goal
•Endurance running workshops on topics like nutrition, hydration, pacing, and heart rate training
•Free team running shirt and running socks
•Motivation, new friends, and camaraderie
The team will meet on Tuesdays at 6:15 pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am.
You should be able to run a 10K and be running at least 20 miles/week when the program starts.
