As a runner, you may have heard that you should roll out your muscles, but what does this mean and how do you do it?!
We are here to help you. Dr Jeremy Lerner will be giving a short class at the Fleet Feet store on how to use the foam rolling tools and the proper ways to tape. Chris Risser will be showing how to use massage tools such as Trigger Point. Come to the class to find out why these items are extremely beneficial to runners.
Date: Thursday, April 27th at 6:00PM. Wear clothes that you can move around in, as you will be testing out these products.
