For runners and walkers to avoid injury and perform at their best, the most important piece of equipment is their footwear … and that is not just shoes, but a combination of shoes, insoles where necessary, and top quality “technical” socks. There really isn't a “Best Shoe” or “Best Brand”. Everyone has unique needs and what is best for someone else may not be best for you. We have wear-tested and evaluated every shoe that we sell in order to provide the widest selection of performance-grade shoes for our customers. Only the best models find a home on our shoe wall. We stock shoes from companies that have the highest reputations for quality and performance. We are constantly on the lookout for new brands and models that deserve the honor of a spot in our store and on your feet. Currently, we carry performance-grade shoes from New Balance, Brooks, Asics, Mizuno, Saucony, adidas, Montrail, and Nike.

We carry women's shoes in sizes from 6 to 11 in standard width, plus a selection of styles in narrow and wide widths. Men's shoes in stock go from 8 to 14, and in widths. If you need bigger, smaller, wider, or narrower we will order it for you.

We also carry flip-flops and sandals that are actually good for your feet! How? We have Montrails in a range of styles and colors, and they are all thermo-moldable. That means you put them in the oven for a few minutes and let them mold to your feet before you wear them for the first time. The result? A custom-fitted flip-flop with personalized arch support. For orthotic (or Superfeet) wearers that have never been able to comfortably wear sandals, we have a solution for you too. We now carry Bite sandals that accomodate custom orthotics inside the footbed. Such a simple idea ... but super effective. Come and check out these new models in time for the heat!
