Our latest marathon training program started on January 2nd, and is running side-by-side with our half marathon program before continuing on for another 7 weeks, making it a 17 week program in total. The target event is the Eugene (Oregon) Marathon.
Trainees receive:
• detailed daily training plan
• twice weekly coached group runs with an RRCA-Certified running coach
• endurance running workshops on subjects such as nutrition, biomechanics, and pacing
• technical running shirt
• running socks
• post-race pizza party
• motivation, camaraderie, and new friends
