saucony progrid ride

It's back! After several years of not being quite good enough for a place on our shoe wall, we are delighted to announce that the latest version of Saucony's lightweight, cushioned, neutral shoe is a winner. Introducing the new ProGrid Ride. Great cushioning but still very light, the fit is everything we have come to expect from a Saucony shoe, and the ride (pardon the pun) is very smooth and responsive. The shoe also looks cool! Come and take them for a test run.

garmin forerunner 405

So has all the hype been worth it? Come and check it out for yourself. After many months of speculation, the Garmin Forerunner 405 is finally here! Loaded with serious training features, the 405 continuously monitors your time, distance, pace, calories burned, and heart rate (when paired with heart rate monitor). Each run is stored in memory so you can review and analyze the data to see how you've improved. You can even download recorded courses to compete against previous workouts or race a Virtual Partner®. Customize Forerunner’s data screens for instant feedback while you train. Once you’ve logged the miles, innovative ANT+Sport™ wireless technology automatically transfers data to your computer when the Forerunner is in range. No cables, no hookups. This high performance GPS watch is easy to use and comfortable to wear when not training. Simply tap the touch bezel to change screens without fumbling for a button. Forerunner 405 comes in two color options — black or green — to fit your style.

brooks addiction 8

Our most popular motion control shoe has been updated! Like other Brooks shoes, the new Addiction has made the switch from a S-257 to a MoGo midsole. So what you say? And, with its linear platform and progressive diagonal rollbar, the shoe is as supportive as ever. We know that you overpronating runners out ther are going to love this one.

montrail streak

We have just received delivery of the latest new style from trail running specialists Montrail. Called the Streak, this is an all-new lightweight trail running shoe perfect for Bidwell Park. Low profile and flexible, the Streak feels more like a road shoe than a trail shoe, but don't be fooled. This shoe still has a rock-shield underfoot and all of the tough Montrail pedigree that you have come to expect.
