Downtown Mile Returns

On a beautiful Spring day the streets echoed to the sound of running feet and cowbells, as April 15th saw the return of the Downtown Mile to Chico. Over 200 runners registered for this fast and furious event. The streets of downtown were closed to traffic for the Chico Criterium bike race, and Fleet Feet took full advantage of an empty Broadway and Main Street by hosting this free event.  The race was won by Clinton Hayes in a time of 4 minutes and 35 seconds. Thanks to Chico Corsa for giving us he streets for half an hour.
