Our Services

Gift Cards - Fleet Feet gift cards are available in any denomination. You may order them by phone using a credit card, and we will gladly mail them to you or directly to the person receiving the gift. They may be redeemed at any of the Fleet Feet locations nationwide.

Personal Rewards – We believe in rewarding customers for each purchase made at our store. Once you reach $250 in merchandise purchases (excluding sales tax), we'll e-mail you a $25 personal rewards voucher valid on future purchases. In addition, by having your name in our rewards system, we'll be able to track the shoes and important apparel you buy. So, when you want to check with us on inventory, or you can't remember what model or size you wore in a great shoe or sports bra, we'll have a record of it so you won't need to. No sign-up fee, no minimum purchase, no card to carry, and rewards points are given even on sale merchandise.

Special Orders - Not everyone’s foot is the same, and sometimes we can achieve the most appropriate fit by ordering you a wider or narrower shoe than we have in stock. We provide these special order services at no extra charge as part of our commitment to FITLOSOPHY™.

Gift Registry - Have a gift you’d love to get for a birthday, anniversary, Mother’s or Father’s Day, graduation, Christmas or other special occasion? We provide gift registry services so you get just want you want.

Event Fliers - We have entry forms and fliers for the majority of events in Northern California and beyond.

Talks and Demonstrations - Fleet Feet staff members are available to provide presentations on fitness-related topics for clubs, corporations, schools, colleges, church groups, police and fire academies and other groups, free of charge.

Putting on a Race? - If you would like Fleet Feet to participate in, or donate to, your event then call or drop by the store.
