5k training program

Our next 5K program is an 8-week program starting on Wednesday January 14th. The program is designed for people comfortable with running approximately one mile (speed not important!) when the program starts. There will be two group runs each week - Wednesday evenings at 6:15 and Saturday mornings at 7:30. half marathon training program

The program includes: detailed training schedule, twice weekly group workouts with experienced coaches, workshops on running-related subjects, team shirt (technical fabric - $24 value), technical running socks ($10 value) ... and lots of camaraderie.

The cost of the program is $50. Our programs fill up fast, so sign up early.

half marathon training program

Our next Half Marathon training program begins on Saturday January 3rd. This will be a 10-week program designed for people comfortable with running 6 miles or so when the program starts. There will be two group runs each week - Tuesday evenings at 6:15 and Saturday mornings at 7:30.

The program includes: detailed training schedule, twice weekly group workouts with experienced coaches, workshops on endurance running-related subjects, team shirt (technical fabric - $24 value), technical running socks ($10 value), energy gels for the long runs, post race pizza party ... and lots of camaraderie.

The cost of the program is $70. Our programs fill up fast, so sign up early.

Our latest marathon training program started on Tuesday August 19th and has the California International Marathon on Dec 7th as the target event. This program is now full.
