Winter 2020 5K and10K Maintenance Program

We are excited to announce our Winter 2020 5k and 10K maintenance training program! Join Fleet Feet and our sponsor, NUUN, for this 5-week program designed for individuals who can run at least two and a half miles and would like to work on keeping their fitness through the holidays. The group will meet twice a week and will have a choice to run 5k or 10k distance. The groups will run an average of 12-20 miles a week, including homework runs.

Program kick-off: Wednesday, November 25th at 6:15pm at Hooker Oak Park (Rain or Shine). Come ready to run and bring a friend! Let's finish this year off with strong and be well prepared for training starting Please note that this class will be capped at 20 runners, so sign up early!

Meeting times: Weekly coached workouts will be held on Wednesday at 6:15pm and Saturdays at 7:30am at various locations around Chico. The first workout will be held on Wednesday November 25th.

Get ready to sweat a little, learn some new tips, and have a blast running through the different parks of Chico!

Requirements: you must be comfortable completing a 2.5 mile run on the first run. Children 16 years and older may register with a participating parent.

Registration Fee: Registration is $60 through 12/2/20. Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 is the last day to request a refund.
